Eligibility:
- direct dependants (not grandchildren) of regular, civilian, retired or former members of the RCMP (including CSIS)
- must achieve a minimum average of 75% in their graduating year of secondary school and be enrolled in a Canadian University or College by September
- must also provide a letter of recommendation outlining their volunteer work within the school and/or community
